Dear Folks at the Jewish Deaf Community Center,

I have moved to the Bronx in New York City, so I am not in your area anymore! Please take me off your mailing list and save yourself the postage. Thanks for the great newsletter and good luck!

P.S. If you know of any Jewish Deaf contacts in New York, I'd appreciate knowing about them! All the best.

To Jewish Deaf Community Center

I am writing at the suggestion of Eric Posner to request that you publicize in your newsletter my search for two men to become Big Brothers for two boys who are hearing impaired.

I am a social worker with Jewish Big Brothers, coordinator of an experimental program matching disabled children to like disabled adults who have dealt with or are still dealing with a disability.

A match involves meeting with a boy twice a month for 3 or 4 hours and providing a relationship and understanding of his disability. These relationships benefit both the boy and the Big Brother. Jewish Big Brothers provides support, supervision and guidance.

I can be reached at 818-907-3873 (Voice) or at home in the evenings at 818/727-1633 (Voice).

I would appreciate your assistance in this matter.
