I am a hearing ASL student at El Camino College. This
looks like a very valuable site for practicing fingerspelling. I will
refer my teacher and classmates here.

Hello!!
I am learning AUSLAN (Australian Sign Language) and am
presently doing a study on The History of the Deaf . . starting from as
far back as I can go!!! I was wondering if anyone might be able to help me
with the Deaf Jewish history ... attidudes towards the Deaf, education and
how it began, the rights or non-rights the Deaf had etc. etc. Any
information would be wonderfully and greatfully received!!! I think this a
fantastic website!!! Happy signing to you all!!!

This is a great site!!!! I took ASL in college and love
it. I just moved back to Miami and would love to more involved in the Deaf
Community. I work at a local Temple, Bet Breria. I know they would love
have the Jewish Deaf Community get involved in the Temple. Please email me
at PurpleMEL8@aol.com about how I could get involved and meet new people.

To Whom it may concern.
I have been working as a freelance court reporter for
the past nine years and I am looking to branch my career into Realtime
work with hearing impaired students. I bring my laptop to work with me
daily and as I take down testimony it appears simultaneously on my
computer in English. If you know of anybody that may need my services
please contact me. Thank you.
