At this time as I write this, I am ecstatic to report that we are breaking JDCC's record for our Community Seder as we had over 200 early bird reservations and we still have over a month to go before the event takes place!!! I look forward to being with the larger Jewish Deaf Community to observe the Seder together as one!
The early bird may have expired HOWEVER it is NOT too late to make your reservations! Information is also on page 5. Don't forget to mark your calendar to attend JDCC's 9th annual Community Seder on Thursday, April 17th at 7 p.m.
Hadassah printed three deaf related articles in their November issue with Marlee Matlin appearing on the front cover, despite a numerous of errors and inconsistencies, they apologized on their behalf. JDCC will have their elections in June so if you're interested in running for a Board position, contact us with a letter explaining the position you are interested in and what you would like to accomplish as a board member.
