Finally, I found a website that was dedicated to Jewish deaf people. I am an interpreter for the deaf in the Baltimore area and am looking for information about signing Shabbat services (use ASL or Hebrew sign). I am hoping this website will provide me some answers.

    Thanks I am wondering if you have any knowledge if there is any Deaf Jewish who had experienced the holocaust that are currently living somewhere close to North Carolina like in Washington, D.C. so I could meet with this person and learn some more about it. It is for a report that I will be presenting in my Human Difference and Social Work Practice in Ethnic Sensitive course.
